EventSynkt collects account, company, client, event, contract, invoice, payment-status, and entertainment-game information that users provide while operating their business. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by EventSynkt.
How information is used
We use information to provide the platform, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, deliver client and player experiences, send requested communications, maintain security, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We may use trusted hosting, email-delivery, payment-processing, analytics, and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate EventSynkt.
Retention and security
Information is retained while required to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
