Using EventSynkt
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for the client, event, music, game, and business information entered through your account.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid features require the applicable subscription. Prices and included capabilities are shown before checkout. Trials convert or end according to the terms presented during Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions may be managed through the billing portal.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you provide and grant EventSynkt the limited permission required to store, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.
Availability
We work to keep EventSynkt reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the platform improves. Users should retain appropriate copies of business-critical records.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, or use EventSynkt to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
